Kaizen Techno Solutions LLP was the preferred partner to implement a pan-state enterprise work flow and content management system as a common platform to be used by all departments for providing Direct Benefits Transfer (DBT) through various schemes of the Maharashtra government. It helped to test, deploy, integration and maintenance the DBT platform, develop a State DBT and Services Portal and automate various DBT schemes.
The company was also selected to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for the entire IT infrastructure support for the Department of Tax, Maharashtra, for five years. As part of this project, Kaizen Techno Solutions LLP supplied & installed networking equipment for LAN and WAN besides setting up a call center and help desk, etc.among other tasks.
